We introduced Brijuni into the digital era

With a wide range of services, we enabled our client to enter the much-desired digital era.

At the same time, we have ensured that visitors to this beautiful park no longer have to wait in line, but can buy tickets for the park as well as accommodation from the comfort of their own home.

The approach to creating this web store has brought fantastic results, and the number of tickets sold per month is in the thousands.

What did we do?

Unique website design

We designed a website that perfectly maintains the beauty of the national park and attracts visitors with an introductory video, and also very successfully converts them into customers.

Integration with the PHOBS system

The PHOBS system for online booking of hotels and villas, which we installed, enables visitors to book accommodation quickly and easily without leaving the site.

Online purchase of tickets

We developed an eTicketing solution with integration with the RAO d.o.o. ticketing system, which eliminated the long wait in line in front of the branch office.

Custom CMS for easy content editing

We have implemented a CMS system based on the "custom fields" principle, which enables simple editing of website content, without the need for advanced technical knowledge.

Simple creation of marketing landing pages

We have developed a specialized module within the CMS for creating attractive marketing landing pages, and inquiries from these pages enter directly into the existing CRM system.

Management of legal documents and tenders

We have implemented specialized modules for legal documents, tenders and an intuitive contact directory to facilitate management and simplify access to legal information for visitors.

Integration with offline ticket sales

By developing a web shop and integrating it with the existing system for offline ticketing by RAO d.o.o. we shortened the waiting time for buying tickets, and in addition, we implemented an innovative system for accelerated boarding by scanning the QR code on visitors' mobile devices.

We have also provided various data control and self-recovery mechanisms to deal with possible problems that may arise when synchronizing the web shop with the offline ticketing system.

For card payments, the WSPay payment gateway service is integrated, which enables fast and secure card transactions.

As part of the website, we have developed a complete section dedicated to hotels and villas in Brijuni.

With intuitive graphic elements and attractive photos, we have made information about the features of accommodation capacities more accessible to interested guests.

We have also made it easier for guests to convert by directing them to the PHOBS booking engine, where customers, after being adequately informed, can complete the accommodation reservation.

Emphasis on other commercial services

In addition to ticket sales and accommodation, the park also offers a wide range of other services.

For certain services such as "Weddings on Brijuni" or "Villas on Brijuni" we have designed specialized microsites with a specially tailored palette of colors, fonts and design elements.
